Join us for a day of mindfulness through watercolour painting! 🎨🧘♀️🌸
In this one-day workshop, we will explore the art of watercolour painting to achieve mindfulness and relaxation. This workshop is perfect for beginners and those looking to deepen their mindfulness practice through art. We will first cover the basic techniques and colour theory to then embark on creating a couple of art pieces!

Agenda (Subject to minor changes)
9:00 - 10:15 | Morning Block 1
In the first block, we'll briefly introduce ourselves, set an intention for this workshop and review the basics of colour theory applied to watercolour.
10:30 - 11:45 | Morning Block 2
In the second morning block, we'll jump into the watercolour techniques and get to know the materials we'll be using with some practical activities.
12:30 - 13:45 | Afternoon Block 1
In the first afternoon block, we'll apply everything we learned in the morning with our first painting.
14:00 - 15:30 | Afternoon Block 2
In the second afternoon block, we'll continue to apply everything we learned in the morning with our second painting.
15:30 - 16:00 | Clean-up and Survey
We'll start to clean up the art supplies, and participants will be asked to fill in a short survey. Surveys are very valuable to understand how we can improve future workshops.
What to Expect:
· Tea and
coffee facilities will be available throughout the day.
· Food will
not be provided, so please bring your own lunch.
microwave will be available to heat up your own lunch. Otherwise, there are a
couple of lovely cafés in the area, as well as a couple of supermarkets.

· All art
supplies will be provided, as well as a guidebook in which you will be able to
take notes if needed.
